Individual Counselling

Individual counselling is a personal and confidential therapeutic process where a client works one-on-one with a trained therapist. This type of counselling focuses on the individual's unique concerns, whether they involve emotional difficulties, mental health issues, personal growth, or life transitions. The therapist provides a safe, non-judgmental space for the client to explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Through this exploration, clients can gain insight into themselves, develop effective coping strategies, and work towards resolving specific problems. The goal of individual counselling is to support the client's mental and emotional well-being, helping them achieve greater self-awareness, improve their quality of life, and foster personal development.
Children and Young People

Therapy with children and young people involves creating a safe and supportive environment where they can explore their emotions, thoughts, and experiences. It often uses age-appropriate techniques, such as play therapy, art therapy, and cognitive-behavioral approaches, to help them express themselves and develop coping skills. The therapist works collaboratively with the child or young person, and often with their family, to address issues like anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral challenges, and developmental concerns. The goal is to support their emotional and psychological growth, promote resilience, and enhance overall well-being. If you are seeking services for children and young people you can connect with Brianna, Rachel, Laura or Jules or Sarah for young people over 12 years.
NDIS

NDIS therapy refers to therapeutic services provided under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) in Australia. These services are designed to support individuals with disabilities in achieving their personal goals and enhancing their independence and quality of life. NDIS therapy is tailored to meet the unique needs of each participant. The therapy focuses on building skills, managing daily activities, and improving overall well-being. By providing personalised and goal-oriented support, NDIS therapy empowers individuals with disabilities to participate more fully in their communities and pursue their aspirations. All our clinicians support participants under the NDIS who are self or plan managed.
Couples and Families

Therapy with couples and families focuses on improving communication, resolving conflicts, and strengthening relationships within the family unit. It provides a space for partners and family members to explore their interactions, understand each other's perspectives, and work through issues together. This type of therapy often involves identifying and changing negative patterns of behavior, enhancing emotional connection, and developing healthy coping strategies. The therapist guides the process, helping the family or couple build stronger, more supportive relationships and fostering a deeper understanding and respect among all members. The ultimate goal is to enhance the overall functioning and happiness of the couple or family system. For couple and family work you can see Brianna, Rachel or Jules

It provides a non-verbal outlet for individuals to explore their emotions, thoughts, and experiences in a safe and supportive environment. Art therapy can be particularly beneficial for those who find it challenging to articulate their emotions verbally, this approach can foster self-awareness, personal growth, and emotional resilience, offering a unique pathway to mental and emotional well-being.
